New Agent Registration
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Towerstone, Inc. To get the process started, please follow these steps:
- Review, sign and date this Broker Agreement.
- Complete this Agency Questionnaire.
- Email both of the above to info@towerstonecorp.com along with the following:
- a copy of your Property & Casualty license(s),
- a copy of any Surplus Lines License(s) for the states in which you will be doing business,
- evidence of Errors and Omissions insurance showing your entity name as a Named Insured and
- W-9 [Download Here]
An executed copy of the Broker Agreement will be returned to you for your records.
